At Strand Palace Hotel, London, nothing means more to us than our guests and the environment we call home. That's why we've created Go Green; a great way our guests can help us reduce our impact on the environment and earn exclusive rewards during their stay by doing so. Not all our guests feel the need to have their room cleaned every day. Go Green rewards them for making this choice!

During their stay, guests will find Go Green cards placed on the bed. Guests can opt-in to Go Green by placing the door hanger outside their bedroom door before 2 am. The next day, the guest will receive a £7 credit thank you voucher which is redeemable in Haxells Restaurant & Bar

Terms & Conditions

  • The vouchers are not redeemable on room service
  • You must present the voucher to a member of Haxells Restaurant & Bar for redemption
  • Only two vouchers can be redeemed per room, per day and per visit to the restaurant.
  • The voucher must be used before check-out and cannot be used for another date in the future
  • Go Green is not available on the day of check-in or check-out; it is only available on days the guest is staying over
  • If you wish to opt-out, please let our front office team know by either visiting the desk or calling 0 on your room phone
  • Guests can still ask for replenishment of room supplies (e.g toilet roll, fresh towels, collection of rubbish) which will be fulfilled by a hotel team member. However, if any cleaning chemicals need to be used, Go Green will be canceled and the voucher will then be voided
  • Guests opting into this program will have their room cleaned after every 3rd night of stay.
